Well then as long as you have evidence of proof of delivery to the confirmed address, but thing is, does PayPal confirm address in Singapore, I dont think so, so you more than likely lost the case and the seller knew his address was possibily unconfirmed, and you knew it as well and still shipped it. If the address was unconfirmed you can have all the proof you want, and you will still lose if that address was not confirmed, in that case its your own fault.
