When I ask him, he told me that this is ebay policy and told me if I dont like this policy, I should not sell on ebay. So he is totally take advantage of the ebay buyer proctection policies to scam the sellers! Avoid this guy, If he purchased anything from you, DO NOT SHIP!!!

There's no scammer except you! The fact you know the policies when you signed up for eBay and PayPal. Your the one that shipped a product without tracking. That is no one elses fault except you.
