This user is the worst kind of buyer - they'll haggle you to death, act dumb and at the end of the day they'll leave you a negative for something silly like 'poor packaging'.
They also seem to leave them for 'ship time' even though they live in a zone USPS had trouble getting to during BLM protests and during a global pandemic.
Recommendation: blocking them on Mercari and wherever else you encounter them.
