I have just had to deal with this ebay member too, not quite the same as they didn't actually buy anything thank goodness!
The messages started out okay, the member messaged to criticise my listings, I replied saying I'm not interested in what their opinion is, if they aren't going to purchase then goodbye, however they continued and started trolling and insulting me, at first I gave a little back as I am not one to back down, and found it amusing at first that they were wasting so much time on something they weren't even buying. But they then became threatening and abusive and they threatened to hack and block the phone I am selling, and such. Threatening to report me to the police and to ebay for wild accusations etc.
Definitely do not deal with them!
Reported them to ebay, so hopefully with both of our reports, they should get a banning for harassment.

Yes they were sold and received positive feedback for both. And not refunded at all. Look properly and you will see it seeing as you’re so interested. And if you must know I leave feedback in bulk every month or so, me leaving the buyer feedback is irrelevant when they have already left good feedback and that’s the only thing that matters. Good luck taking this to the police as you say, not sure what they will do about it as we haven’t actually done anything wrong, commenting on a thread is not illegal and stating usernames which are in the public domain that anyone can see is also not illegal, so stopping making up rubbish about evidence and police as it’s all utter bullshit.
