This buyer has left over 40 negative and neutral feedback scores out of about 170 buys. He is extremely differcult to communicate with since he does not know English, and is based in South Korea through he states he is based in San Francisco.

He is very quick to pay through paypal, which leaves sellers to quickly leave positive feedback, but then will leave negative feedback if there is the slightest problem, without trying to communicate. Since sellers can't change feedback scores, this leaves him with a 100% positive rating.

In my case he was not happy with the condition of a jacket I sold, stating it should have been identified as "new slightly used" rather than my description of "like new". While to me these mean the same thing, I tried to communicate with him several times to simply return the product and I would refund him as soon as I got it.

Buyer stated he wanted to be refunded for the jacket, shipping, AND laundry charges for trying to clean the jacket. He also stated that he was located in South Korea and so wanted my to pay for the large shipping cost to mail it back to me, even through I had mailed it to his address in San Francisco.

A review of his feedback scores show that he has done this to many other sellers, particularly in regards to clothing, sleeping bags, and other cloth items.

In the end the buyer never did mail the item back, even through I won a ebay case against him. He then left me negative feedback, and since I had already left positive feedback due to his quick payment, could not due the same in kind.

I have been on ebay since 2000 and this is my first negative feedback as a seller.

SELLERS BEWARE! Especially if you are selling clothing or clothing like items!
