6granddaughters26, bought an item from me, I shipped her package out right away, package was held up at a postal facility for 2 weeks in another state, buyer opened a not recieved item case. Refunded her back the $$. Package finally arrived after 3 weeks, she emailed me to let me know, now she wont repay for the item she bought even tho it was postal error in not delivering the package on time.
