Details: | Buyer purchased item, and almost 30 days later he filed an 'item not received case' against us. This scumbag claims that he never received the item. LIAR! We had full tracking information, and it was showed delivered. We also contacted the post office, and they were able to locate the item in question, thru a special google earth map type of system, where they showed the delivery truck & driver delivery time, day, hour seconds. Now, I have no love for Amazon either. The idiot buyer support, actually gave the buyer the benefit of the doubt, and gave him back his money. I had to appeal the case and I was quite upset, expressing my concerns with amazon customer support over the phone. So, after I appealed and made a my compelling argument, Amazon only gave me partial return of my money. This guy is a complete DIRTBAG!!! I think the only reason, amazon gave me partial money back is because they capitalize on the shipping cost. However, I plan on filing with the post master general. This guy is committing FRAUD, and I'm not going to let him get away with this.... Well see, how he explains himself to the post office, when all the guilt will fall upon the buyer's shoulders. Don't do business with this guy, he will just file a case against you. Amazon, are idiots. This NEW amazon, doesn't even listen to its sellers anymore. They take the word of the buyer, with no evidence. I've read articles on sellers scamming buyers out of there money, but this wasn't the case. This was totally the opposite, the buyers are becoming aware of how to CHEAT sellers out of their products and its an easy refund for buyers due to amazon A to Z. Well, I'm no longer doing business on Amazon anymore. I'm getting way too many falsified claims and its costing me more money to deal with these scamming buyers. This is going to hurt the reputation of Amazon, to not communicate with sellers. I can see amazon losing more sellers down the road. |

This buyer "RG Curran" is now on his second claim against me. First in November 2016, He had the package somehow stop at "Out for delivery" and Amazon granted him a 60 dollar refund and now March 2017, just today (March 31, 2017) he started his second claim against me for a new $30 dollar movie. His procedure is always wait 30 days and he somehow gets the packages to last show "Out for delivery" then he waits a month and files a fraudulent claim with Amazon. I am going to see my USPS postmaster tomorrow to see what they can do because mail fraud is a serious crime. At this point I don't even care what Amazon does anymore and I hope the postal service goes after him.

I work for a company that sells on Amazon and this guy has filed over 60 A-Z claims (yes, 60!!!) saying that orders haven't arrived. We had tracking on every single one saying that they did. Someone needs to send the police to his house.
Posted over 7 years ago by 173.245.X.X Report as SPAM
my question would be to last comment, why would your company sell to someone who ripped them off twice, much less, 60 TIMES????
Posted over 7 years ago by 108.162.X.X Report as SPAM
Just as a suggestion to everyone. Put a claim into the post inspector general. The only way this guy is going to get caught, is if multiple people file claims.
Here is the website: https://www.uspsoig.gov/form/new-complaint-form/

This guy just tried to rip me off, too, but didn't even wait the 30 days described by others. I've contacted Amazon Seller Support who in turn has turned it over to Investigations. Should you need my information to assist you in the future, his order number with me was 114-8897684-3995400, and my Investigations case # is 2183780041. Please feel free to reference this information with Amazon. I urge you all to also publish your order/case numbers to assist when you will be dealing with Amazon in fighting this guy,and also in getting the eventual retaliatory feedback removed.

On the Seller he ripped off for SIXTY orders: If you read his MO above, he's waiting for 30 days before making his first INR Claim. In that time, he just ordered a lot of items from one Seller. He ordered a CD from me, so I'm guessing that's what he's mainly trafficking in. There are several large-scale used-Music Sellers on Amazon, one being Zoverstocks in the UK, which also has a stateside operation called Round 3. A Zover customer service person told me a few years ago they ship 10,000 items PER DAY. So, yeah, he could easily get away with that kind of volume in 30 days.

The USPS Inspector General report link listed above is for USPS internal whistle-blowers, not for complaints against postal customers.

Then find the link on the website yourself, I'm tired of doing the work myself. All I can say is I filled out the form, and they sent usps sent me the email string that they forwarded to a different department and that they are looking into matter..
Good luck. I'm done....

After reading all these posts, I called the Norwood MA Police Department to lodge a complaint. The sergeant I spoke to was sympathetic, but said jurisdictionally, there wasn't much he could do, as these orders were all shipped from out-of-state. He did promise, however, to go pay this jerk a visit. Maybe that will be enough to get him to C&D. Would have paid money to see the look on his face when he opened the door. Hopefully, his landlord saw the cops, too.

This buyer said he received damaged goods. I told him to send it back for a refund. He later said he returned it and wanted his money. I asked for tracking but did not get it. Then he opened an A to Z claim stating he never got it in the first place. Thankfully I won by simply showing our correspondence and his acknowledgement of receiving it "damaged".

Scammed by this one on June 21, 2016. New DVD for $55.07. Order ID: 107-2688784-2821011 It showed delivered and three weeks later they said it didn't arrive. What's worse is that Amazon was supposed to have funded the claim, but they jacked that up, so it came out of my end. This guy just sent me an email asking about a DVD. I'm telling him to go screw.

ALL POSTERS: When you post about this guy, be sure to post the order number information! Also, the "employee" who posted above, can you confirm if you work for Alliance or Zover/Round 3? I am working on an ATZ Claim filed by this asshole, and I need all the ammo I can get on him. Past order numbers would be REALLY helpful. I know Amazon is looking into him because I've never seen an ATZ Claim stretch out this long. Going to re-ontact the Norwood Police Department and see if we can get a name for everyone to call about this guy; mayber if they get enough complaints, they'll do an official investigation and assign a DA.

So, to finish my particular saga: As I originally shipped my order to him Signature Delivery, he couldn't Claim INR. So he copied the set, smashed the jewel case with a blunt-force object, then sent it back to me, using an on-line postage account (which means he's probably reselling the all the INR'd CD's he's ripped off from other Sellers). I had warned him I would refuse it, and I did, and it was re-delivered back to him. In the meantime, he was monitoring the tracking of his package, and the day he refused it, he filed the inevitable A-To-Z Claim. I submitted reams of data, including this site, to Amazon. Normally ATZC's are processed in 48 hours, but this sat for at least a week under review. Then late today, I got a message that he got refunded, but they weren't going to charge me back or hit my Metrics. All goes to show you have to FIGHT PRICKS LIKE THESE.

What I don't understand, WHY is AMAZON supporting buyers or continue to support his claims of 'item not received', or failure to return products? You would think that after 60+ claims, Amazon would shut down this buyers account. Yes, I'm pissed off at this buyer for ripping me off. But, why is Amazon supporting this type of fraudulent activity? Thats the real question, we as sellers should be upset about....
I also sell on eBay and I've never seen that many transactions go this far without eBay stepping in and shutting a person's account down. I have less than 1% claims on eBay, for returns and item not as described. I've won a majority of the fraudulent claims on eBay, as long as I provide evidence to back up my claims.
My goodness, other than the Amazon name, I can't see how anyone makes a decent profit on this site anymore..

As he is probably monitoring this page, and may take down his Facebook account once he reads this, here are two of his siblings: https://www.facebook.com/david.curran.1650?fref=pb&hc_location=friends_tab and https://www.facebook.com/chris.curran.58726?fref=pb&hc_location=friends_tab. Maybe it would be a good idea to contact these relatives and ask them if they know what Bobby is up to in his little Grant Avenue apartment. Maybe they can do a family intervention.
Posted over 7 years ago by 141.101.X.X Report as SPAM
Do you really think his family cares, if he has had over 60+ claims on amazon. Come on, lets be realistic about this now. I can bet you my life that his or at least some of his family members are in on the scam, or someone in his family knows exactly what he is doing...... He is getting all that stuff on the A to Z claims for FREE. I can say he is either giving that stuff to family members or selling that stuff locally on craigslist or possibly using a different account on amazon or eBay to sell our stuff.
I really want to SUE amazon and get my money back with interest. This buyer committed fraud, and amazon is an accessory to this crime. This guy should go to jail for mail fraud and falsifying statements made to amazon. Amazon needs to pay back all the sellers with interest their money back to their accounts. This is the most ridiculous type of bad buyer, I've seen in all of my years. I've been selling since 1998 and never seen anything like this.....

30 days have gone by since I sold my item to this person. Today I received a message from him stating that he hasn't received my item. I responded with the tracking information, showing it was delivered to his mailbox. I have also contacted Amazon with the tracking information and a copy of this page, showing he is clearly ripping off buyers. I will contact the post office and police as necessary to fight this person's claims.

To the "30 days have gone"-poster above: Be sure to use this site's URL and the order info I listed above when you file an absuive buyer complaint with Amazon. Like I documented above, even though I had sent my item to him Signature Delivery, and he signed for it, then smashed and returned it (IMPORTANT, I refused delivery), I had to fight the guy to a standstill, but I got to keep ALL my money.
As far as "Do you really think his family cares" above, WTF, it's worth a try, all they can do is hang up on you. It's quite possible they DON'T know about it.

He's bought over 50 orders from us on FBA and has had 45 refunded.
I have filed 4-5 complaints against him in the past but I'm going to file another complaint right away and put a link to this thread.
Hopefully they block his account or something.

I was the one who posted the note which started with "30 days have gone by..." I have contacted Amazon three times within the past three days. In spite of this, and sending tracking documentation and a link to this site, Amazon immediately issued this "person" a full refund. Clearly, they don't care to look into his steady stream of refund requests. One Amazon seller customer service employee told me they can't see the buyer's history so they couldn't check when I asked them to look at his steady stream of refund requests. I called the Norwood Post Office (781-762-4538) today and the employee immediately knew who I was talking about. She is forwarding my complaint to the Post Master General and will discuss it also with their manager. I suggest EVERYONE posting here contact the Norwood Post Office, because CLEARLY Amazon has no desire to stop him.

"30 days ..." again. I filed a fraudulent buyer complaint with Amazon against this "person". EVERYONE who is cheated by him needs to file a complaint.

"30 days have gone by..." poster: I just tried calling the Norwood Post Office as you suggested: A male employee told me they would not either investigate nor report this guy locally as you wrote, and that any complaint would have to be called into their Investigations number at 877-876-2455. I've got a call into the District Attorney's Office for Norfolk County in Canton MA whose jurisdiction this guys falls in. If I get anywhere, I'll post developments. Again, we all need to assume this prick is monitoring this page. Again, "30 days", as far as your order, if you got charged back, you should contact Seller Support or Investigations and either open or re-open a case (if you didn't have a case number, you REALLY didn't do it right), Amazon Customer Service is a joke and is NEVER going to help you properly on something like this.

Yep, I'm another victim of this scammer. $100 DVD, fought the A-to-Z, but he still got his money back. Amazing that Amazon keeps allowing this fraud and encourages ripping off honest sellers. As far as I'm concerned, Amazon is an accomplice in crime and is now just as bad as the scammer himself. This scammer has been reported to Amazon numerous times, but Amazon does nothing and lets him keep stealing. Amazon is in collusion with criminals, making Amazon a criminal as well.
Posted over 7 years ago by 162.158.X.X Report as SPAM
For those of you Sellers who have been ripped off by him claiming INR ("item not received"): In May 2016, Amazon started indemnifying INR packages if the Seller purchased the postage thru the Amazon system. If you did purchase your postage via Amazon, you can force this guy into the A-T-Z Claim process (Amazon guarantees that any INR ATZC will not ding your Metrics). If he garners enough ATZ Claims, there is an automated trip in the Amazon system to alert an account review. I have successfully fought off two false INR's, where Amazon refunded the customer but I got to retain my proceeds, via this method. Just like you should never pay anything thru PayPal directly from your bank account (always keep your credit card between you and them), don't ship to customers without buying postage directly thru Amazon, keep Amazon's INR policy between you and the customer.

LESLIE GOCZA scams sellers and when reported here and to the respective Seller Support departments he goes into the longest threatening and attack narrative I've ever seen. The original Amazon seller he scammed stood up to him and fought back. Leslie then began brutally verbally attacking her. He also scammed and attacked two other Amazon sellers who were able to get Amazon to intervene on their behalf. Amazon eventually terminated Leslie's seller account. This guy is truly psychotic. He freely admits that he's unstable and he uses a variety of lies, deceit, shadiness, scare tactics, manipulation and extortion to defend his position. It's a must read but be warned that it is lengthy and contains a lot of Leslie's foul mouth, vulgarity and offensive language. If you think scammers can't be scary then you should read the link and take scammers seriously. You never know what kind of person you're dealing with.

RG Curran... on eBay... bought a CD from us and claimed item was damaged during shipping. We politely asked for photos showing that damage not only to the item, but also to the packaging as well. He would not comply with sending us the photos we requested. We gave him the benefit-of-the-doubt just in case and approved his return. Today we received the return, only to find out that he swapped out all our great original artwork/CD inserts with crappy ones that had cut marks in them. What a jerk. How can these people live with themselves?

So, in 2017, the 1st time he tried to rip me off, Bad Bobby couldn't declare my package undelivered as I shipped it Signature Delivery, which he had to sign for. But after copying that set, he smashed it with a hammer, then returned it. I was able to fight that successfully with Amazon, and got my money back. This time, he also used "damaged" for return. But yesterday, when the package arrived, he had substituted a different CD. THAT gave me the basis for my first Amazon SAFE-T Claim, which I am happy to report was granted this AM, and I got a full refund. So Bad Bobby is a MPOS, he's always been a low-life, thieving MPOS, but at least we victims have a path thru the SAFE-T Claim system to circumvent his theft.
Posted 4 months ago by 149.22.X.X Report as SPAM
Hilarious: After Bad Bobby got charged back for the SAFE-T Claim, he sent a message through the Amazon comm system pretending to be Amazon Customer Service requesting another refund. Message had grammatical and spelling errors, and also just didn't make a lot of sense. I reported the fake message to Amazon also. Bad Bobby got some Godzilla-sized cojones, that's for sure! But I guess he's too stupid to realize the message header would read "Order inquiry from Amazon customer RG". LOL!
Posted 4 months ago by 146.70.X.X Report as SPAM
The saga continues: Today, ANOTHER Bad Bobby package arrived. This time, again, it was not the original CD I shipped him, it was bizarrely, a CD jewel case with a DVD-R (possibly illegally copied movie) inside. I'm not going to test the disc as he may have included a PC virus on the disc as a retaliatory measure for losing his SAFE-T Claim. The case was re-shrink-wrapped, so be aware that Bobby has PVC shrink bags and a heat gun for his nefarious enterprises. Not sure what he intends to accomplish with this 2nd "return", but the recordable DVD media disc is really suspicious. He's like a criminal Energizer Bunny, he just won't quit.
