There's alot of assholes from Florida that file disputes to steal merchandise. Its his signature on file and you have signed proof of delivery. The best thing you can do is bring him up on 2 counts of attempted mail order fraud. One for the first attempt and the second for trying to restate he didnt authorize it. As long as you have signed proof of delivery to the Paypal confirmed address, your not going to loose anything. He's bullshitting you, because you can use that feedback as his own admittance that he legally made a transaction with you. The timing of chargeback is another thing. If he made the dispute after the delivery date, then its 100% mail order fraud and report him immediately to FedEx and his local post office. The fact this buyer is a lying bullshit artist for the fact that even though he makes claims that he didnt authorize the charge, its just so convenient that he still has the item. Report his ass for fraud!

You also have to look at the address, the asshole doesnt live in Florida, he is prob. some scumbag from outside the united states. Its a typical scam of assholes that live outside the US to use a "drop box" to have items delivered to, and that location is nothing more than some cargo shipper. The buyer buys a virtual PO Box from that company, hense the "ACC#005311" is more than the asshole's account that he signed up. So the item was delivered to some cargo company. You should call the cargo company and report it as fraud. Its a typical scam international assholes are trying to pull. Thats why for large scale purchases always check the information prior to shipping.

I cant believe this is the same person that robbed me as well. This time, I paid him to install security cameras at my relative's home in the Dominican Republic around Aug 2016. He used to live in NY and moved back to DR. He received my money and totally disappeared without doing the job. He needs to be reported and not be able to take advantage of innocent people.

Often times they use a stolen credit card number. You will find the name on the credit card doesn't match the one that signed for the delivery. I know because it happened to me. They used my card info, name, billing address and even phone number but had multiple orders sent to different addresses (cargo companies) in Miami.

Yep, had my card number hacked for use of a fraudulent purchase online in Feb. The delivery address was this GTS Cargo building in Miami, Florida with an "Apt 012637". I canceled my card same day, but bank has just determined (4 mos later) they're holding me responsible for the charge because the online company determined they were "valid charges"...I guess because the item was shipped and received. What a racket of invisible assholes....
