DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Customer contacted us for order status on a Friday we told her it would be shipping soon. She then contacted us on a Monday saying she's contacting her bank for a refund. We cancelled her order due to idle bank threat and having no way of knowing if the dispute was made. She then left a 1 star review for our company and left out the actual details. Orders take 3-5 business days to ship which is stated throughout the website and even in the text thread she received. Customer is ridiculous and rude. Don't bother.
