Details: | Buyer made unreasonable demands threatening to leave negative feedback, just one day after the item was due by Royal Mail 1st Class. I explained some Royal Mail is taking an extra day or two at the moment due to Covid-19, however the buyer played on the fact he could tarnish our 100% positive feedback and demanded an immediate refund. Buyer blocked... we don't have time to deal with irrational individuals when shipping hundreds of items per day and we always go the extra mile to help people receive early, such as taking orders that come in after our 2pm cut-off to the post office ourselves and shipping on a Saturday, when we could wait until Monday. |
