Purchased items on Amazon and then filed bogus A-Z Guarantee claim as item not as described and even admitted that there was nothing wrong with item other than they did not like our packaging which was clearly stated. Amazon refunded them and then had to file fraud report with USPS in order for them to send back the items which they were going to keep.
