Customer complaining during a world-wide pandemic, Without any understanding that things will go wrong but still expecting perfection. We have been having major issues with theft at our main mail hub since covid19 and a customer actually messaged me with an article about mail issues before the pandemic but I never really had any issues until now. Well this person SCOTT Merritt , was issued an automatic refund when his item showed no delivery . We can't keep an eye on every order so we have our system to do full refunds if no delivery confirmation is seen on the next business day. He left negative feedback ordered this a long time agonso i would not have to go out in the Covid-19 pandemic. HIS EXACT WORDS-->("I never recieved this, for my dog. Now i will have to go out and possibly get exposed because they never shipped my item and gave me a bogus line that it wasnt delivered by the carrier, how could it be delivered if they never sent it") We know it was sent because we use a video processing system both during the packaging process as well as the Carrier Pickup process. So we have our proof. But I guess you will always have those who are entitled to perfection.
