Details: | I work on Fiverr. This buyer ordered from me and immediately asked for a refund. I run a beta reading service, I read books for authors. This customer stated they bought a book they didn't want and wanted a refund. I don't even sell books, I sell a service for reading books. It was a hassle because on Fiverr both parties need to agree to the cancelation, I had to walk them through the process. After everything was done and settled, I got another message from them saying "can I ask you a question?" This raised a red flag and I blocked them, so they couldn't "accidentally" order from me again. On Fiverr, sellers have to keep their order completion rate (last 60 days) above 90%. Cancelations harm this number, and it dropped me from 100% to 92%. I felt like they were an account dedicated to harming this seller stat. |
