This man took chance of some problem with the tracking system claimed money back and got full refund from me as not receiving the item.
A week later, the tracking system back to normal, and his tracking showed as delivered with signature.
I asked him, but no answer at all but before claiming his refund he was very responsive, too fast to be real to communicate.
