The process of implementing fraudulent acts of appropriating his property is as follows:
1/ He placed # of our high-value orders on ebay: ############ (item number)
2/ Because our goods are out of stock, we have to ship goods from other warehouses so there is a delay in shipping and he agrees to wait.
3/ After the goods arrived, he refused to receive and proceed to open the case on ebay on the grounds that "the goods are not properly described"
4/ He insists that he refuses to accept the goods and requests a refund.
5/ After confirming with DHL that he refused to accept the goods, we proceeded to refund.
6/ Immediately after receiving the refund, he went to DHL headquarters to sign the package.
7/ In every effort to get back the item, DHL said that they could do nothing else when he was on the delivery address. And ebay also refuses to support (they only support sending mail asking him to return).
