Cheryl Pennington filed a chargeback for a shipment sent from Europe, during a time when USPS had severe delays due to Thanksgiving. We informed her of USPS delays at the time of purchase and she agreed to our T&C, stating that the customer will under no circumstance do a chargeback but has to contact us to resolve any issues. The customer agreed to have her details published in case of chargebacks.
The shipment is on its way to her, so she will end up with a free product and we are slapped with the chargeback fee.
