Buyer did not pay until Unpaid Item Case opened. Paid and then bombarded with messages complaining about the item and asking what it included and whether it was going to "not work and crash". Five hours after paid (on a Sunday morning) I get a message asking why it had not been shipped. Many messages complaining.
When she received it she said it was cracked and wanted a refund. I replied to return the item and I would issue a refund. She sent me disparaging messages and then proceeded to file a Return Request thru eBay.
She had buyer's remorse and decided to damage the item to get a refund.
