I also had a scam buyer from this same address! They opened a case against me with a screenshot that when reverse image searched was from 4 years ago. They also faked the return so it looks like it was returned to me when it was not ever delivered back to me. I still have an open case with eBay so hopefully they figure it out. Just dealing with the problem with this exact same shipping address. Buyer (0 feedback) bought an item from ebay, received it (although there seemed to be a problem in USPS shipping delivery from the tracking history).

buyer claims to have some irrelevant problems with the item and filed a return via ebay. Supposedly claim the item is returned (but yet no shipping delivery)

Bought a job lot of rare zippo's from me,(x12) just found this page when researching the address as the name seemed unusual. So glad you guy's made this thread. Had no communication from the buyer at all, despite numerous attempts - spoke to Ebay for advice, they said send it - I don't want to take that risk. Soooo crazy how many terrible people are out there trying this on!

Wow...okay. So, upon further investigation, there is definitely an international mail forwarding scam happening at this address. I called the number that I was able to find associated with that address (503-740-5013) and was cursed out by a super angry man. They used to be called "Smart Courier" but it looks like they have now either changed their name or gone completely dark. I'm shocked that Etsy hasn't blacklisted these people.

He is also using a username called CPUTHEGREAT. same address.

Not a big deal. I have shipped to this address many times for different buyers. Usually fishing reels. Most of the buyers are from Asia. There is no risk shipping here, since if the buyer opens a case against you for any reason, you are protected by Ebay and will win, because the buyer used a freight forwarding company address, not their real address. That is against Ebay policy and they will close the case in your favor. Dealt with it twice, and both times Ebay took my side and closed the case in my favor. If they ask for a return, go ahead and approve it if you want to or just contact Ebay and ask them to close the case due to fraud. The buyer will never return it, because they would have to ship back to your physical address, not back to the freight forwarding company. That would cost them ALOT of money.

Just thought I'd update on here... had a person buy some computer parts from me on ebay. Didn't think anything of it. But then another user messaged me asking if I had more. We ended up chatting and moving to email. His email was mrsouthgate at hotmail.com the name on the email was Southgate Lau. And introduced himself as Southgate. My husband thought that sounded suspicious.. so I was going to forget about his offer. When I went to ship yesterday's order from a different user name, I noticed the address was Southgate Laptop. That almost made my husband reconsider. But upon closer examination of the address, there was a line BUYUP ZFDAJ that seemed weird so I Google it and found him on bad buyer lists. Googling the address 6903 NE 79th CT Ste 20W1H BP, Portland OR confirmed it for me.

AKA this address is used by more than 1 customer who don't know each other. Some of them may be bad and cause this misunderstanding.

This is without question a scam. You realize they all file disputes. Just saying there’s a “shipping company” doesn’t negate the chargebacks. This is fraud - period.

I was charged a final value fee, a percentage of the sale and an international fee that was never refunded by ebay because "noisylife" is located in China, even though the shipping address paid for is FedEx in Portland, OR, where I live. I was able to get the shipping refunded without a seller defect. I reported the buyer. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. AVOID THIS BUYER & THEIR INFO AT ALL COSTS!
