This buyer is a scammer. Buys from sellers, then expects a refund without returning the item. I've reported him to eBay. His profile says that he is based in Kazakhstan, He is using a U.S. forwarding service so be aware. This person is not a good buyer. Look at his feedback 'left for others' in his feedback profile. Apparently, he is doing this to multiple sellers by either leaving negative and neutral feedback to con the sellers into giving him a free product. Don't even bother doing business with this buyer, cancel the transaction otherwise you will regret it. He did business with us on Amazon and eBay and both times, he wanted a refund without returning the item.
