The package I sent to them went missing in the mail. I let them know I was going to send another one and I even gave them a new tracking number, but they still forced the eBay case through. I did everything in my power to help them but they still decided to be an asshole about it, and now I have to spend a ton of extra time getting the eBay fees back as well as clearing the defect from my seller account.
