First of all, you dont sell anything to Russia or a country with a high fraud rate. Russia is one of them. Plus you sold and shipped a $800 laptop to that place. What are you stupid! If there is any dispute such as non receipt, you have to prove the person got the item via tracking and the $800 signature required. If you dont have that you lost.!

I won the dispute in PayPal because had a video of pack&ship with tracking. This note just for other sellers to prevent fraud, this person have a community in social network for scam the sellers.
