I had a buyer lowball repeatedly on an item. I blocked for very hostile attitude and after I noticed many "empty box received" feedbacks left for many of the sellers she had left feedback for. Item was pulled and relisted a month later, because buyer sketched me out. (This buyer's user name was Becca_star_awesome-7)

She then used her grandmother, Barbara Marino's account barbarmarin-897, to buy the newly relisted item unbeknownst to me. Until after she reported that I had sent a package full of feces covered toilet paper. Which I did NOT do.

Through Google searches, I was able to find out the blocked scammer Rebecca/Becca Marino actually lived with the grandmother, Barbara Marino, whose account she used to circumvent the original block.

Ebay has rules against blocked buyers circumventing a block. Ebay sided with me during the case thanks to that info, the pictures I took of the item on the scale during packing and weight evidence from USPS' automated weigh stations. (Ask for this if a buyer says the box was empty, USPS auto weighs packages at certain processing hubs.) The bubble mailer was very small, and heavy with item she ordered. USPS auto weigh proved it weighed what my packing photos showed.

Buyer continued to harass me even after the case was over. Buyer has a history of similar claims with other sellers on at least Ebay. Both of the people mentioneed were reported to IC3, their local police department to USPS.
