This is untrue, I have never filed any claim stating that I never received an item. Everything I buy on Amazon I received. I’ve never had a problem with amazon. This is ridiculous and an improper use of your customer’s private info. You should not use your customer’s private information to search them up in their personal life on any social media. Please delete this because you are ruining my buyer reputation and credit.
