| Details: | This person is a SCAMMER. Don't sell to the guy at all. Bought a phone from me, paid me and asked for a shipping number. He claimed he never got it so canceled my money and never saw my phone again. Contacted the Post Office and it was received, only because I asked for a Signature Upon Arrival and that's how I knew he got it. |

If the transaction was PayPal then there is no such think as the buyer being able to cancel the funds. Unless the funds were unclaimed by you, then it was you own fault for shipping prior to having that money deposited into your bank account. The person could only file a non receipt of merchandise, then you should of just supplied the tracking number to PayPal escalate the case and you get your money back. Once a person files a dispute on PayPal, cut off all communication with the buyer. They had no intentions to work things out with you in a professional manner. They wanted 3rd party artibitration by filing the dispute, so you handle it as such.
