My dog ate my homework! That's what you get for being stupid! #1 rule is no refund if there's no return. Its the oldest scam in the book. He put through a bullshit complaint to see if you would refund him immediately. Once you did, he said to go fuck yourself, why should i pay for shipping, i got my refund. SO thats your own stupidity. Make policies and stick to them, someone screws you over, you immediately put policies in place and you follow them! Everyone is against you when you do a business. So defend yourself!
