Another buyer who likes to waste a sellers time by putting bullshit information on sales order that gets declined. This buyer does nothing but try to purposely place falsified credit card information on the sales order so that you'll break your own rules so he can file a fraud dispute so he can steal it. You contact him and he purposely ignores you because he's not getting away with what he wants to do. Theft!
