I don't normally post to Brazil but the buyer asked nicely to make an exception. Several messages were sent regarding payment and I posted the item via international signed delivery on the 28th December 2018. Buyer waited until April 4th 2019 to open a claim of non receipt without ever contacting me first or asking for a replacement. It was clearly signed for but PayPal refunded the buyer and then reversed and refunded me when I appealed.
