Report him to Ebay immdiately when this happens. Be sure and do all your communicating through the ebay system as they are able to read emails that have been written.
If he gets to many of these reports on his attitute as far as blackmale or extortian goes then it is bye bye buyer.
This is one of the reasons that why I quit mailing International.
