I listed an item as new and this woman tried to use the ebay buyer protection to return it for a full refund (even though I clearly have NO REFUNDS on my listings) stating that it was used/dried up. The product is in a black bottle, and unless she poured it completely out there would be absolutely no way to tell how much product is inside. Claims she knows what the product looks like/feels like even though she "just wanted to try it out first". Sends me a photo of the product, complaining there is product all over the dropper and the rim, when in reality that is exactly how the new product looks like -- a dropper SUBMERGED in product will have product on it and the shaking around from shipping will cause product to seep onto the rim, but not drip outside. I try to compromise, explain that the item might be cold from being outside and to shake and warm the bottle so the ingredients will not separate. Woman says she already shook it, then later sends a message stating she changed her mind and she didn't shake it. Obviously, she is lying -- whether she is genuinely confused that the product is not up to her expectations and blames me for it, or she is trying to fraud her way into getting a product for free -- this lady is disingenuous and not to be trusted.

Um are you nuts.?
I'm the lady that purchased your dried up product. Your narrative explanation is very detailed and very exaggrative. Your product was very inexpensive . So making it more dramatic them it was shows me ur not equipped to sell products on ebay. I was a consumer who told you the product was dried up. Its a liquid foundation. That was dried to pieces. But you can try to slander a consumer all you want but if you think I was trying to get over on a foundation product less then a 100 bucks ur a poor seller. God forbid anyone complain over an ebay product. Good luck on selling used products on eBay. Everyone knows my character and trying to "fool you over foundation isn't my jist in life." LOL good luck friend
