on 11/25 he opened a PP " not rec'd " dispute PP-002-130-424-379 So I re-paste the codes again on that dispute, but he never replied back. Soon after 20 days PayPal closed it for me, but again, he just never replied. These people love to use the PP dispute attempting to recover funds even its his problem, or he was just trying to scam over a digital product? |
