| Details: | Absolute liar - paid for a download (digital service) then attempted to exploit money-back guarantee. They kept communicating with the seller saying they hadn't received the item. The seller explained the item was a download and had re-sent the link via ebay message as well as email to the buyer. The buyer then opened a case for non-receipt (blatant lie) seller re-sent the link yet again and buyer ignored it asking to send the item or give money back. This buyer is a blatant fraudster! |

despite the fact that the download link was also sent to the buyer via an ebay message, ebay in their infinite wisdom still decided to refund this scumbag buyer.
