The shipping carrier United States Post Office tracking 9407409699938642957363 shows delivery on Jul-31-14, 16:37 PM, DEER PARK, NY 11729 Buyer did not call or contact us of any problem after delivery. Buyer did not text, call, email of any problem within 14 days of receipt. On October 20th 2014, Paypal notified us by email that Buyer's name: sameh aly email: smoha_benz@hotmail.com opened a chargeback Case ID PP-003-480-764-174. We lost. Sameh Aly committed dishonest and fraudulent activities, by making false statements to a financial institution, by not returning our property or payment for said property which is fraud and theft by deception. |
