Details: | The buyer Order by mistake in our website and then directly open a claim with PayPal for cancel and get a refund without waiting we do it directly.
We automatically answer PayPal Claim and proceed of the refund of the transaction (This cost us fees)
Then 2 month later we receive a mail that this buyer have also now open a claim with his credit card issuer for this transaction despite we have already refund him and now we must pay the bank fees of 15,00 Euros because of this Not authorize transaction !
