I am an US Seller. This buyer is a fraud. He bid and paid a mobile phone with the price of US $368. I checked and sent him the item with Registered Airmail with tracking number within 24 hours. After 7 days, he said that he doesn't receive the item. Then I provided him the tracking number, it shows that the item arrived in Australia but not yet arrived his address. He opens an eBay and Paypal dispute to claim that he not yet received the item. 3 days later (about 10 days after that payment), the tracking status show that the item arrived. He just leave negative feedback immediately. The negative feedback is "it doesn't work". As I am a good seller in eBay and care about the reputation, I ask him to send the item back to me and I paid the shipping fee. But he doesn't want to send it back. His message is, "I want you to re-send the mobile for compensation before revising feedback. Ok, I follow him and re-send him the item. Then he said, the battery doesn't work. I want full refund. WTF. I lose US $736 plus shipping fee. Buyer beaware!!
