1st - Tried to make a low ball offer. I did not respond to her.

2nd- She bid anyway and when she won, she asked the price to be lowered because her child used her account.

I turned down her offers because they were too low. She ended up not paying. I went through Resolution Center and it was judged in my favor, yet she still has a 100% rating.
