Details: | This buyer bought a textbook and then wanted a refund. He filed a case with eBay, demanding to be refunded in full for the $33.75, which I did. I also told him to keep the book since I knew the shipping would cost more than the book was worth. He insisted on sending the book back to me. After that, the buyer demanded to be reimbursed another $60 for the shipping to send the book from New Zealand to the U.S. As a seller, I lost money on shipping to send the book to the customer and then refund the shipping back. But it's wrong for that customer to then, demand another $60 for further shipping costs when the item was refunded without a return and he insisted on sending it back. |
