Details: | Purchased and item on 10/3/2016, received item on 10/5/16 and requested an immediate refund due to incorrect item. I provided return address and he again contacted me five more times requesting a refund. He filed an A-Z Claim on 10/10 stating the item has already been shipped back. I never received the item back and Amazon DENIED the claim on 10/17. Buyer then again reopened the claim on 10/19, item has not yet been shipped back nor has a valid tracking number been provided. Claim is still pending awaiting buyers response. |

The claim was originally denied by Amazon, he never sent the item back and called Amazon and reopened the claim. Several days later the item was still not returned and Amazon again closed the claim. He tried reopening the claim again and was obviously denied as Amazon did not reopen the claim.
