Customer made a huge complaint about something we didn't even do. The carrier left a note at her door and she is supposed to pick up her order at the post office or reschedule delivery. She isn't willing to do any of those and feels super entitled about the status of her order. No one you want to deal with, who doesn't want to take on the minimum buyers' responsibilities. She threatened with chargeback, even as if it is still in the delivery phase, just because she doesn't agree with USPS practices.
