First off, we can tell right off the bat, that so called address is a forwarding address! The asshole lives in another country. Thats why its reporting the wrong address. If PayPal gave you a confirmed address then thats were you ship it to, no other. If you shipped it to an unconfirmed address than thats your fault as a moron seller and got the funds scammed because you never bothered to use your brains!
