Thats just another scumbag trying to steal merchandise from sellers. They take the package thats left at the door, then files a fraud dispute claiming he never got the package. Contact his local postal inspector they will go to his house, and then let him try to explain how he stole the package to someone face to face, instead of hiding behind a computer
