This guy all the time wants to give trouble;
shipping,product function etc.
he pays via credit card,
he opened dispute in PayPal without even contact us and gets reply;

we try our best to help,
ask him to return the item,
and have PayPal to prove that we will give him refund,
he still wants more,
he wants us to pay the return of the shipping,
so ok,
we did,
he still not happy,
he just not happy no matter what you did and how much you have lost cause of him!

he bought a tablet which is half of the price of iPad,
and this guy wants it better than iPad!!!
that is the biggest joke in this world!

so,
keep away from this guy!!
even he paid,gave him refund before he gave you more troubles!
