In particular, tried to switch out a used Marvel Legends figure with no BAF piece for a new one by claiming the one they received was the used one.
New one had obvious differences in the packaging including a price sticker.
Used one they tried to switch lacked price sticker and such identifying marks.

When called out on this they went straight to a paypal dispute to avoid the incriminating evidence from the ebay transaction and attempt to get the item completely free.
