guy ordered, i had a 10 day handling because i was out of town, he complained about taking so long to ship, i explained and was able to ship 4 days early. He received the product and then sent me a long email about how i was a horrid of a seller i was, that iw as selling expired items and he wanted me to immediately send him a full refund. I replied i was sorry he was unhappy, the product had a best by, which was stated in the pictures and i told him if he returns the product, i will send a full refund as i had free returns. Instead he does a paypal complaint saying i was rude, refused to help him and then got very nasty and lied. He then put the same comment on a Neg FB that Ebay has already removed. All over $19
