Bought a pair of LED lights. Email us they are too long. We said we can send her a shorter version. She agreed and said will leave us positive feedback upon receiving the lights. Then she changed her mind and decided to return for refund. We got the LED bulbs back and the base are greasy and dirty and we still issue full refund without deducting the $4 fee to cover the shipping and packaging. And she left us a big negative.
