Buys Hydraulic valve from us - shipped - then immediately starts case against us with ebay, saying valve was not as described.

Ebay agree to refund him automatically, they organise a return collection, ebay charge us for that as well, then take funds out of Paypal account.

We photograph all items before shipping, on receipt it was clear that the guy had stripped various parts from original valve and put other old parts back on it.

Sent the photographs to ebay stating that this was a deliberate fraud and they were party to the fraud as well by giving him his money back. They do nothing about it but tell us to go to Citizens Advise!!!!!

This guy is still on ebay - be alert to his frauds.
