| Details: | Buyer bought 3 units of the item on February 18, 2020. On October 21, 2020 (8 months later), buyer filed a chargeback out of the blue on Paypal without any explanation. Previous email record showed he'd contacted us by email and reported there was 1 unit that was not functioning correctly, but when our tech people contacted him for more details so we could assist- he stopped responding.

Customer did the same thing to us in May 2022. Ian broke a speaker and then filed a credit card dispute, keeping both speakers and almost $500 of product.

by using this site, You're breaching ebay policy and giving personal information to the public, You can get banned or sue if the user see this and report it. It had happen before. You would of won that case! Because It is more than 30 day's.
