you get alot of lying bs artists online that tells you about human nature and what you have to do to protect yourself against other people both as a person and a business. There are certain percentages who nothing but lying scumbags. They take the phrase, "the customer is always right" and abuse the hell out of it. They think they can walk all over a company because they are the buyer. The fact is once they pull a scam on you or think the policies you placed in point blank infront of them, dont pertain to them. Those types of people you dont need nor want. But regardless of what you do, you'll run into morons like that. ----Now the question is and it sounds like you didnt bother to place tracking on the item and/or didnt ship to a confirmed address. Thats why you lost. That was entirely your fault for losing the money because you didnt think if that was the case.
