| Details: | This buyer purchased a laptop, the unit was checked by seller of course working and send out complete with ac adapter, 3 weeks later this buyer sends email saying the unit does not have hard drive and memory, next email she says there was no ac adapter, I didn't inform the seller because I just bought an adapter to use the unit then I found out no hard drive and memory, first of all it is not possible all those parts missing because she was informed prior shipment the unit was checked and working, plus no seller (especially established for over 18 years) just would ship a unit in that condition, also why would someone just go out and buy an adapter if they received a unit and they didn't see one, certainly you would contact seller and inform them and wait to see what can be done, 2 months later this buyer goes to her credit card company and does a charge back and since she knows how the system works, after a month paypal refunds the money and the seller can not do anything, as paypal terms indicate if there is a chargeback and credit card company (which almost always side with buyer) is involved they can't do anything if card company reverses the charges. |

The fact that PayPal does not want to get involved. Stay away from Chase and Wells Fargo they are the biggest scammers. The next course of action is to take legal action against her. If the value of the Laptop is over $500 then the bitch is going to get a minimal of 1 year in jail and somewhere in the area of $1000 to $1500 fine. As long as you have all your documents your safe. Regardless of what the credit card company says its completely irrelevant what they decide because they are not a legal entity. They just didnt want to get involved. As long as you can prove the item had parts in it, tell the bitch to return the item or face both criminal action for petty larceny, obtaining products via deceptive means, and the civil law suit against her for damages sustained.

First off if the item had no parts then why did the cunt wait 2 months after the charge and x amount of days after the delivery. Also having your warranty and terms of sale in the advertisement is another thing the bitch has to deal with. Also go back and complete the entire form including the city and state. In addition get a collection agency after her and let the debt go on her credit report if she doesnt pay it back. Also contact her local police department and file a complaint against her.
