Russell Brooks, bought a pair of VW Tiguan headlights and then said the headlights was defective and demanded a return shipping label. After we provided him with a return shipping label I was horrified and shocked and without words I was completely stunned when his return packaged arrived, because I knew the return box was too tiny for a pair of headlights to arrive in, but there it was with the return label I made for him. I decided to exercise caution and gradually began cutting away the thick back duct tape that kept the box sealed and slowly peeling back the cardboard lid and to my surprise his return box was empty.
