The buyer make me case from the first day of the ebay open the cases.in convid 19 all the parcel have delay.Ask me refund all the time.After 8 days take the ring i sold him and make a scratch on the side of the ring.send me again photo and ask me to refund again.I suggest him to destroy the ring and i will give him refund and refuse it.open a case and write many lies to win the case.The ring cost 11 usd and is small value.But this guy is dangerous and he try this to bigger value products.My opinion is to insert to Badbuyers list.This Guy is Scammer.
